Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and
click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping
cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you
will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the
order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Access, Solo, Switch, JCB, and Visa debit
cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping And Handling

All orders for delivery on the UK Mainland are shipped free of charge.

Any redelivery costs will be charged to the customer

A supplement will apply for deliveries within the Highlands and

Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles. Please contact us for details.

Delivery Schedule

All orders are despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order.

UK Mainland delivery normally within 2 working days.

Any redelivery costs will be charged to the customer

Subject to circumstances beyond our control.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will
always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather
not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders delivered in the UK 17.5% VAT is included.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is
placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they
reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction.
Goods damaged in transit will be replaced.
If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied a return will be
accepted provided we are contacted within 7 days of receipt.

In either event please contact us for advice on returning the products
supplied before despatching them.

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied a return will be
accepted provided it is returned within 7 days after the delivery date.

The item must be retured in its original condition, in its original packaging with all parts intact.

It is your responsibility to ensure that returns are returned in appropriate protective packaging.

We will only refund postage costs where the goods are faulty.
